Here I am at the opening reception of the El Corazon exhibit with my painting “Oracle of the Heart”.
Even though it was fast becoming frigid outside, there was a huge turnout at the opening reception! Crowds of people milled around the gallery and spilled out into the hallway where more art was displayed. At some points in the evening, people were 3 deep waiting to get a closer look at the individual pieces. The energy was amazing! And the art was incredible. Go check it out while you can.
The El Corazon 20th Anniversary Exhibit runs from February 1 thru March 1, 2014 at the Bath House Cultural Center in Dallas.
